The essentials are stocked: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds, tissues — plus fresh towels and bed linens.

🏊‍♀️ Pool Access — Pool sessions are booked in 2-hour slots (from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM) with a 2-hour interval between reservations. We highly recommend reserving your preferred schedule in advance through the Clubhouse, as slots may fill up quickly. Children aged 3 and below enjoy free pool access, in addition to the 2 complimentary passes included per stay.

Frequently asked.

How do I confirm a booking?

Head to the booking calendar, pick your dates, and send your inquiry from there. We'll reply with the booking process and a 50% reservation fee invoice to secure your stay. Once the down payment is received and confirmed, your dates will be blocked off on the calendar — no one else can book those dates.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes — a refundable ₱1,000 security deposit is collected before check-in. It's returned in full within 24 hours after check-out, as long as there's no damage, missing items, or breach of house rules (smoking, unregistered guests, or pets).

What's included in the rate?

Linens, towels, basic toiletries, kitchen essentials, unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and free use of building amenities (gym, social lounge). Includes 2 pool passes per stay.

When is the pool open?

The pool is open daily except Mondays, which are reserved for cleaning and maintenance. If your stay falls on a Monday, you're welcome to use it the other days.

Is there food available in the unit?

Yes — there's an honesty store stocked with snacks and drinks for when you don't feel like heading out. Just take what you'd like and pay via the QR code posted beside it. We trust you to settle up honestly before check-out.

Can I check in early or check out late?

Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 NN. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability — message us in advance and we'll do our best.

How many people can stay?

The studio accommodates up to 2 adults. A child 3 y/o & below is welcome free and doesn't count toward the guest limit.

Is parking available?

A few options nearby: Ever Gotesco Commonwealth has paid parking, but overnight is not allowed. Royale Place, just outside the condo, accepts overnight parking at around ₱300 for 12 hours. We can also arrange paid parking inside the building at around ₱300–₱350 per 24 hours — let us know in advance and share the driver's name, car details, and plate number so we can coordinate. Rates above are for 4-wheel vehicles. For motorcycles, there are first-come, first-served parking slots available in the same building as the unit — you can secure a slot upon arrival and the guard will manage the payment.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation terms depend on the booking channel (Airbnb has its own policy). For direct bookings, the 50% reservation fee is non-refundable within 7 days of check-in. Reach out and we'll work something out.
